Over 30 years after establishing the iconic Dhaba inside the Claridges hotel on Delhi’s famed Aurangzeb Road, the original Dhaba now gets a whole new mojo. Given a shot of new age fun and kitschy interiors with the legendary classics on the
menu along with some nouveau beauties - Dhaba is set to recreate the same magic again - but with more full on Punjabi flair. Louder/brasher… you get the drill!

Sognare is to dream, it is a celebration of beauty and light. A flight of a bird is one of the marvels of nature, it is poetry in action, it combines, simplicity, beauty and precision in one smooth action. It sums up the ethos of Sognare. It cannot be perfected further. It is priceless. The form of the bird is very simple yet beautiful, the negative form recreates a bird and gives luminosity to the symbol. the feathers look like they are in flight and the forms are touching a crescendo. The symbol is elegant and beautiful.
